Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a results-driven Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, protecting homes and families through expert assessments and tailored solutions.

This role requires effective communication, at least 1–2 years in pest control or sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license from your state.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 100% of time.

Responsibilities

Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
Develop proposals to resolve issues and upsell pest household services.
Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home.
Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
Complete daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
