Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers in Escondido, CA. You’ll assess client needs, recommend solutions, and protect homes and families as the face of our national brand in the local community.

This full-time role requires strong customer service and sales skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of the home and challenges
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality work
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM
