Terminix in Escondido, CA is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will assess client needs, provide solutions, and collaborate with the CS Center and sales team to close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and close sales opportunities; use CRM to document activity.
• Provide expert knowledge on service installations and follow up on proposals.
