Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell Residential Pest Management Services and products to new and existing homeowners. You will assess customer needs, consult on solutions, and drive sales while delivering a customer-focused experience in local communities.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, proposing pest control strategies, collaborating with service teams, and using CRM tools to manage proposals and close opportunities. Travel up to 100% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Base Pay Range Hourly: $18.00 - $24.00.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expertise to new service installations to ensure job satisfaction.
