Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest control services and provide expert assessments at customers' homes. You will inspect for pests, discuss treatments, and coordinate with service teams to secure new business.

You will travel within your assigned territory up to 100% and build relationships with customers, aiming to protect homes and families while meeting sales goals. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to residential customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Inspect homes for pests and discuss treatment options and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Use CRM to document home assessments and follow up on proposals to close deals.
