Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services while delivering customer-focused service to protect homes and families.

You will assess customers’ needs, present solutions, and partners with the branch team to grow revenue across the local market. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong sales/customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and assess needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Record home assessments and proposals in the Sales CRM and follow up to close sales.
