DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Residential General Manager in Denver, Colorado. This role will lead a growing residential door business, overseeing projects, sales growth, and service work to increase revenues across aftermarkets and new construction.

You will manage staff, analyze budgets, and implement operational improvements while maintaining high customer service standards. A strong hands-on leadership style with strategic planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ plus experience managing personnel, P&L, budgets, projects, materials, and sales in a leadership role.
• Ability to analyze operational data, financial results, and metrics to drive improvements.
• Hands-on, deadline-driven leader who delivers strong customer service.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and meetings; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and full P&L responsibility.
• Recommend and implement operational and sales improvements to boost customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead and mentor staff, conduct coaching, and perform annual performance reviews.
• Oversee scheduling and assist with technical/troubleshooting support.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
• Promote a safe work culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Utilize division financial reports and metrics to guide daily operations.
• Hire, train, and develop employees with ongoing coaching and reviews.
• Lead meetings, set performance expectations, and hold staff accountable.
