Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum two years of experience managing personnel
• Strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Ability to supervise and develop staff and plan schedules

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service and installation department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily commitments
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively
• Ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Review monthly reports and develop action plans for improvement
• Improve field personnel performance through regular reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
