Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a results-driven operations leader to manage day-to-day operations of the residential service and installation department, plan schedules, and oversee workloads to meet customer commitments.

You will review financial and operational reports, drive improvements, hire and develop staff, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. A Bachelor’s degree and prior management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and experience using a computer in a business environment.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the residential service and installation department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve.
• Improve performance of the field force through regular reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
