DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for residential new construction. You will build relationships with general contractors and builders, promote door products, and manage a CRM for prospects and projects.

The role requires two years outside sales to GC/builders, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. You will deliver timely estimates, meet sales targets, and collaborate with teams to provide

Qualifications

• Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders.
• Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)
• Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.
• Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software
• Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
• Build solid, long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
• Other duties as assigned
