The role involves budget planning, P&L responsibility, and driving revenue growth while maintaining top-tier customer service.

You'll oversee projects, coach staff, and implement process improvements. Travel to job sites and meetings is expected; a valid driver's license and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience managing personnel and P&L in a leadership role.
• Analytical skills to evaluate operational data, processes, financial results, survey feedback and other metrics.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and meetings; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions with full P&L responsibility.
• Make recommendations for operational and sales improvements and implement to increase customer satisfaction while maintaining profit margins.
• Lead and mentor staff, conduct monthly P&L and scorecard reviews, and ensure daily tasks align with company policies.
