Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales Associate to drive the marketing and sale of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies. You will refer clients to other bank services and assist with document follow-up through post-closing review.

The role requires 1+ year in banking/lending, strong communication skills, and compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing within 30 days. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred, with knowledge of Truist policies and secondary market

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year banking/lending experience with residential property knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Must obtain SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Provide sound mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank services to deepen opportunities.
