Qualifications

• 5–8 years of residential mortgage experience.
• 1+ year of sales/finance experience required.
• FHA/VA and conventional loan experience preferred.
• Must register as a mortgage loan originator (NMLS) before engaging in activities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial goals and lending needs to help achieve home ownership.
• Collect and analyze customers' financial information and credit history.
• Assess whether customers and properties may qualify for lending solutions.
• Make loan recommendations matching customers' objectives.
• Promote Citi's lending and related financial services to clients and referral sources.
• Coordinate with Operations, Processors, and Underwriters to close loans on time.
