Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Residential mortgage experience required.
• Established book of business.
• Proven product sales capability is required.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing alternatives.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws, privacy and RESPA.
• Strong relationship development and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situation and lending needs.
• Collect and analyze information on finances, goals, assets and credit.
• Analyze information to assess loan qualification.
• Advise customers on lending solutions and pricing.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and partners to drive business.
• Work with processors/closers to ensure timely loan closings.
