Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant mortgage sales experience.
• Residential mortgage experience is required.
• Established book of business.
• Strong product sales capability.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA and conventional loans preferred.
• Familiarity with lending laws including RESPA.
• Ability to explain financial calculations clearly.
• Strong relationship development and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situation and lending needs.
• Analyze customer finances and determine loan qualification.
• Recommend lending solutions aligned with goals.
• Promote Citi's lending services to real estate agents and partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Processors and Underwriters to ensure timely closings.
• Develop referral relationships with Realtors, builders and other sources.
• Ensure compliance with lending laws and Citi policies.
