Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED (minimum requirement). Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience: minimum of two years in a community/residential setting; at least one year supervisory experience; must be computer literate; valid driver’s license and good driving history.
• Physical requirements and safety: walking/standing; CPR/First Aid ability; compliance with safety and licensing.
• Zero-tolerance for abuse and commitment to a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes, with on-call and on-the-floor support as needed.
• Manage operations of assigned group home(s), including finances, scheduling, and meetings.
• Deliver ongoing staff training and development for the group home team.
• Comply with safety standards and licensing requirements.
