Devereux Pocono Center is seeking a Residential Manager to lead the residential program for adults with developmental disabilities in Newfoundland, PA. You will oversee group homes, manage finances and staff, and ensure compliance with safety and licensing standards, while providing ongoing training and development for staff.

Qualifications

• Progressive responsibility in community/residential settings.
• One year supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting.
• Computer literate and able to learn computer functions.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes and cover on-call hours.
• Manage finances, staff scheduling and monthly meetings for the homes.
• Deliver ongoing staff training and development.
• Ensure safety standards and licensing requirements are met.
