Devereux Pocono Center in Newfoundland, PA seeks a Residential Manager to lead group homes and ensure quality care for adults with developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and handle budgets while coordinating safety and licensing compliance.

The role offers on-site leadership with evening/night/weekend hours as needed and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED minimum; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum two years progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities.
• At least one year supervisory experience in a residential setting.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer functions.
• Valid driver's license with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes with on-call and on-the-floor support.
• Manage operations of assigned group home(s), including finances and staff scheduling.
• Deliver ongoing support, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.
