Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED (minimum requirement).
• Experience: at least two years in progressively responsible positions in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities, with at least one year supervisory experience.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer functions for the job.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor support in ratio (16 hours/week) and 24 hours/week for managerial responsibilities.
• Oversee a Residential Program, available for on-call and on-floor support to fill staffing needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage operations of the assigned program, including finances, staff scheduling, and monthly meetings.
• Deliver ongoing support, training, and staff development in the group home.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.
