Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Newfoundland, PA seeks a Residential Supervisor to lead a dedicated team serving adults with developmental disabilities. You will provide on-floor support (16 hrs/week) and dedicate 24 hrs/week to managerial duties, while overseeing program operations and ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED (minimum requirement).
• Experience: two years in progressively responsible positions in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities; at least one year supervisory experience in residential treatment.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer functions for the job.

Responsibilities

• Work 16 hours/week providing on-the-floor support in ratio; 24 hours/week for managerial duties.
• Oversee one Residential Program; provide on-call and on-floor support as needed; evenings, overnights, weekends or holidays as required.
• Manage operations of the assigned program; staff scheduling; monthly meetings; financial oversight.
