Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Newfoundland, PA is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee one or more group homes and lead a dedicated team serving adults with developmental disabilities.

You will manage operations, staff scheduling, training, and compliance with safety standards, while providing on-call support and ensuring high-quality care in a dynamic, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED (minimum requirement). Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience: minimum of two years of progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting.
• At least one year of Supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting.
• Must be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes, including on-call and on-the-floor support to meet staffing needs.
• Manage operations of group home(s): finances, scheduling, and monthly meetings.
• Deliver ongoing support, training, and development to staff.
• Comply with safety standards and licensing requirements.
