Job summary

Devereux Pocono seeks an Assistant Residential Manager in Newfoundland, PA to assist individuals with daily living activities and contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of residential operations. The role involves supervisory responsibilities and collaboration with a team of dedicated professionals.

The position offers meaningful work in a supportive environment, starting pay of $20.52/hour with evening and overnight shift differentials, plus eligibility for the ASCEND

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Bachelor's in education, social sciences, management or related health field OR HS diploma with 3+ years in residential treatment.
• Experience requirements: 2+ years working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; at least 6 months supervisory experience; valid drivers license.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, etc. (as described).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and support overall residential operation.
• Supervise and lead staff; participate in development, implementation and evaluation of programs.
• Coordinate with other professionals and participate in ASCEND program opportunities.

Skills

Valid driver's license

Supervisory experience

Experience with IDD

Education
