Devereux Pocono is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and oversee one or more group homes, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires on-call and on-the-floor support, including evenings, overnights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include managing group home operations and finances, staff scheduling, and monthly meetings, while delivering ongoing training to staff and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting; at least one year supervisory experience in residential treatment.
• Must be computer literate and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to one or more group homes; cover on-call and on-the-floor support as needed.
• Manage operations and finances of group home(s); schedule staff; conduct monthly meetings.
• Deliver ongoing staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.
