Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our apartment communities. You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, address resident requests, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep systems running smoothly.

We require 1-3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills. Access to training, benefits, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance.
• Address and respond to maintenance requests and resident concerns.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
