Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance for our communities and assist with repairs under the Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience and basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, with a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required in communities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Supervisor timely.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and attend trainings.
