Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, respond to resident repair requests, and ensure equipment and safety standards are met across our communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with vendors to keep properties in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, solid HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, and a strong commitment to resident service and

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on staffing levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Always show respect for residents and community staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance, as well as equipment maintenance as scheduled and requested.
• Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering resident apartments.
• Ensure that all maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Work with vendors as instructed, such as landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
