Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and routine upkeep at our community.

You will respond to resident and staff repair requests and work under the Maintenance Supervisor to keep facilities in top condition. The role requires a minimum of 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on site staffing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance for the community and equipment.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and enter apartments only with proper authority.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and report hazards.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Attend in-service trainings and maintain regular attendance.
