Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance across our communities under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. You will handle routine repairs, respond to resident requests, and ensure safety and privacy in units.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and strong customer service skills. Certifications may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of Bell Core Values
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in similar facilities preferred
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on location
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled or requested
• Respond to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns in a timely manner
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments
• Ensure maintenance items are stored safely to prevent injuries
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
