The Yarco Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties. The role involves upkeep of apartments, public areas, grounds and equipment to ensure a high standard of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Daily tasks include routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and preparing units for new residents in alignment with company standards. Strong safety awareness and reliable on-call availability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool, HVAC, boiler certifications preferred.
• One year of maintenance experience in residential property.
• Must be able to lift up to 110 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential units, public spaces, grounds and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition per company standards.
• Maintain laundry rooms according to company guidelines.
• Perform pool maintenance and daily chemical inspections (if applicable).
• Provide on-call emergency support as needed by Community Manager.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in background checks and drug screening.
