Responsibilities include appliance care, grounds maintenance, and responding to on-call emergencies to maintain resident satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of maintenance experience in residential property.
• Physical capability to lift up to 110 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Property appearance and upkeep through daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition per standards.
