Job summary

Responsibilities

• Property appearance and upkeep across the community.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and plumbing problems; service appliances.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition, possible painting.
• Maintain laundry rooms according to company guidelines.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and code-compliant inspections (if applicable).
• Provide resident-focused customer service and respond to on-call emergencies as requested.
• Perform other duties as needed.
