Job summary

The Yarco Companies seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support residential properties. You will perform repairs on units, common areas, and grounds, ensure safety, and assist with make-ready tasks to meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in residential maintenance, with pool, HVAC, or boiler certifications being a plus. This role is on-site at several properties and requires physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC/boiler certifications are a plus.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 110 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on residential units, public spaces and grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition; painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry areas and pool facilities; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Support on-call duties and assist Community Manager as directed.
