Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across our residential communities in Florida. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and ensure units are market-ready.

• One year maintenance experience in residential property.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC certification and boiler certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and perform daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Make ready units to market standards; some painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry rooms to company guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance across the property.
• Be available for on-call emergencies as requested by the Community Manager.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
