Job summary

The Yarco Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager across residential properties, focusing on upkeep of apartments, public spaces, grounds and equipment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pool certification preferred; HVAC certification if appropriate.
• One year maintenance experience in residential property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and perform daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition, with some painting as needed.
• Maintain laundry rooms and comply with pool maintenance where applicable.
• Provide customer service and be available for on-call emergencies as requested by the Community Manager.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with daily operations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
