Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our West Columbia, SC community. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

This role focuses on make-ready, safety compliance, and customer service to residents, with opportunities to contribute to a proactive maintenance program and to work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community upkeep and respond to work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on common areas and units.
• Assist in make-ready process and unit inspections.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
