Asset Living in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance of our residential communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to keep buildings, grounds, and common areas in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and scheduling.
• Maintain the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety standards.
