CYM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team and ensure the optimal functioning of our residential properties. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, conduct inspections, and respond to tenant requests with a focus on safety and quality.

As part of our team, you will participate in preventative maintenance programs, keep accurate records, and collaborate with management to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and general maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve issues.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
• Maintain records of work orders, repairs, and inspections.
