Qualifications

• Previous 5+ years experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.
• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and inspections.
• Collaborate with other staff to address tenant concerns.
