Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to promptly address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance, including plumbing and electrical work. You will prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds, while conducting regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.

The role requires ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, along with a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests.
• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work.
