Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. You may assist in managing maintenance inventory and, when needed, assume managerial duties in the absence of the Service Manager; weekend availability and emergency responsiveness are required.

Position requires experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance, and HVAC, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and EPA

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Section 608 certification must be obtained within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and more.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections for repairs or replacements.
• Assist in managing maintenance inventory and act as manager in the Service Manager's absence.
