Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will conduct preventative maintenance, maintain grounds and common areas, and report issues for timely resolution.

The role requires troubleshooting plumbing, electrical work, and appliances, with a focus on safety and quality. A High School diploma and valid driver's license are required; weekend shifts and after-hours on-call

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain the grounds and common areas.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and conduct regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Report concerns and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
