Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will also conduct preventative maintenance and maintain grounds and common areas, reporting concerns as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC (if applicable), a valid driver's license, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC as applicable.
• Perform interior repairs and painting when needed.
• Understand and follow federal/state apartment housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and report repairs or replacements.
