Job summary

The Tulalip Tribes seeks a Housing and Community Development Technician to perform skilled maintenance, unit turnovers and rehabilitations for housing program units. You will coordinate with contractors and clients, handle inspections, quotes and project workflows, and support non-HUD housing initiatives.

Required is a HS diploma or GED with strong customer service experience; trade school or apprenticeship is preferred and asbestos/CPR certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Four (4) years in residential maintenance or construction with inspections, quotes, planning, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Four (4) years of customer service experience.
• Two (2) years coordinating budgets, project workflows and bidding.
