The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apartment maintenance, core skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with strong record-keeping and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience as an Apartment Maintenance Technician or related field.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks at properties.
• Oversee vendor work and coordinate with Maintenance Manager.
• Conduct building walks and ensure safety, cleanliness and working systems.
• Document maintenance activity and manage inventory of supplies.
