Job summary

The Tulalip Tribes housing department seeks a Housing and Community Development Technician to perform skilled maintenance, turnovers and rehabilitations for Tulalip properties. You will coordinate with contractors and clients to deliver repairs and ensure safe, well-maintained units.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus four years in maintenance and customer service. WA driver’s license and background check are required, with wage at $27.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; trade training preferred.
• Four years of residential maintenance experience including inspections, quotes, planning, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Four years of customer service experience.
• Two years coordinating budgets, workflows and bidding.
• WA State Driver's License; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance.
• Coordinate unit turnovers and rehabilitations.
• Work with contractors and clients to coordinate services and repairs for Housing program units.
• Support maintenance of rental units and Tulalip properties.
