Housing and Community Development
The Housing and community development Technician's primary role is to perform skilled preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance, unit turnovers and rehabilitations. Support the maintenance of Housing and Community Development rental units and Tulalip Property owned stewardship. This position works directly with contractors and clients to coordinate and perform service or repairs to Housing and Community Development program units; including but not limited to non-HUD housing, leasing and other nontraditional housing programs.
