Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or vocational training.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or equivalent certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to read manuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with repairs, painting and cleaning.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to safe and clean condition.
• On-call duties for after-hours emergencies as needed.
