Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Crestview Heights multifamily community in Allen, TX. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and help ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained property.

- 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry).
Responsibilities
- Prepare make-ready apartments with cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
- Respond to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety and quality living experience.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and report issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
