Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience.
• RealPage experience preferred.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications as required by jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
