Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building EXteriors, interiors, and shared spaces meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will help maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas, while following safety policies and OSHA requirements.

The role involves completing work orders, prepping vacants for leasing, inspecting for quality, and supporting cost-control by using parts efficiently.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing and move-ins; conducts pre-move-out inspections and creates punch lists.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates materials and tools with maintenance supervisor.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and records.
